Please note that, when reserving the Upper Pavilion and the Red Barn, you are initially charged a DEPOSIT ONLY. For the Onderdonk Park and the Hampton Manor Beach House you are initially charged the full base rental.

Your reservation is confirmed if payment has been accepted and checkout is complete. Any remaining base rental fees and additional requests such as extra hours after 8:00 p.m. or an alcohol permit will be invoiced, if applicable, after reservation information has been reviewed.
