For Red Barn reservations you are being charged the full base rental to hold the reservation. Your reservation is confirmed if payment has been accepted at checkout. Once your reservation has been reviewed, an updated invoice will be sent, if necessary, for any optional fees (alcohol permit $50 / hours past 8 p.m. $75 per hour).

2025 base rental costs are as follows:
* Weekend day rental (Fri, Sat, Sun) = $600 resident / $700 non-resident
* Weekday rental (M, T, W, Th) = $500 resident / $600 non-resident
* School/Community Youth Groups: Weekend day rental: $225
* School/Community Youth Groups: Weekday rental: $100

A certificate of insurance is also required, which is an additional fee charged by an outside insurance company.

Cancellation policy: A $75 dollar fee may be incurred for reservations cancelled up to two weeks before the scheduled event. There are NO refunds for events cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event.
