Note:

For Red Barn reservations you are being charged one-half the base rental only. Your reservation is confirmed if payment has been accepted at checkout. We will review your reservation information and an updated invoice will be emailed.

Cancellation policy: A $75 dollar fee may be incurred for reservations cancelled up to two weeks before the scheduled event. There are NO refunds for events cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event.
