PLEASE NOTE: The Upper Pavilion will be undergoing renovations in the spring of 2025. At this time, reservations will be accepted as of July 1. If we can open it earlier, we will update this site. Thank you for your patience!

For Upper Pavilion reservations you are being charged the full base rental to hold the reservation. Your reservation is confirmed if payment has been accepted at checkout. Once your reservation has been reviewed, an updated invoice will be sent, if necessary, for any optional fees (alcohol permit $50 / hours past 8 p.m. $75 per hour).

2025 Base rental costs are as follows:
* Weekend day rental (Fri, Sat, or Sun) = $300 resident / $400 non-resident .
* Weekday rental (M, T, W, Th.) = $200 resident / $300 non-resident
* School/Community Youth Groups: Weekend days: $150
* School/Community Youth Groups: Weekday rental: $75

A certificate of insurance is also required, which is an additional fee charged by an outside insurance company.

Cancellation policy: A $75 dollar fee may be incurred for reservations cancelled up to two weeks before the scheduled event. There are NO refunds for events cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event.
