PLEASE NOTE: The Hampton Manor Beach House will be undergoing renovations in the spring of 2025. Thank you for your patience!

For Hampton Manor Beach House rentals, your deposit is 100% the base rental. Your reservation is confirmed if payment has been accepted at checkout. If there are any additional requests, such as extra hours after 8:00 p.m. or an alcohol permit, a follow-up invoice will be sent.

2025 Base rental costs are as follows:
* Weekend day rental (Fri, Sat, or Sun) = $100 resident / $200 non-resident .
* Weekday rental (M, T, W, Th.) = $75 resident / $150 non-resident
* School/Community Youth Groups: Weekend days: $50
* School/Community Youth Groups: Weekday rental: $50
Cancellation policy: A $75 dollar fee may be incurred for reservations cancelled up to two weeks before the scheduled event. There are NO refunds for events cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event.
