Note:

For Beach House rentals, your deposit is 100% the base rental. Your reservation is confirmed if payment has been accepted at checkout. If there are any additional requests, such as extra hours after 8:00 p.m. or an alcohol permit, a follow-up invoice will be sent.

Cancellation policy: A $75 dollar fee may be incurred for reservations cancelled up to two weeks before the scheduled event. There are NO refunds for events cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event.
